COVID-19 VACCINE AND CANCELLATION
PLEASE NOTE: if you're planning to get the COVID-19 vaccine, please make sure to schedule your permanent makeup appointment a minimum of 2-weeks prior to vaccination or a minimum of 2-weeks after. Once you are vaccinated, your immune system may be compromised and your skin may react differently and/or cause an allergic reaction during the procedure or after during the healing process.

ARRIVAL TEXT
We ask that clients please send a message upon arrival and to wait in the car until called upon. We will let you know when we are ready to service you.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Cellphones, purses & other accessories must be kept away from the procedure area, and must not be handled during the session. Please keep personal items to just the essentials. Cellphones must be set on silent. No food or drinks.
NO GUESTS
For your safety, relaxation, and the courtesy of others, please arrive with just yourself! Please no children, no pets, or guests at your appointment due to the lengthy procedure time which can be uncomfortable and distracting for your guest(s) and for myself as the artist.

If 15 minutes late to your appointment, an additional $20 fee will be added to your service total if it can still be done. If 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, resulting in 50% of the service total being charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
LATE APPOINTMENTS

CANCELLATIONS
If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the service total will be charged to the card on file. A new deposit will be required to re-book.
NO-CALL/NO-SHOWS
No-shows/no-calls will be charged 100% of the service total to the card on file.
ACCOUNT BALANCE
In the event the card on file is not accepted for late cancellation or no-show appointments then an account balance will occur. We require that all clients pay their account balance to zero (0) prior to receiving further services.
Even though it may look like there are a lot of lashes left, majority will be very grown out at this point and will need to be removed & replaced leaving only a few lashes actually remaining. Extending or prolonging your fills may compromise lash health. Lash fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks depending on your natural lash growth cycle & after care.
FILLS VS FULLSETS
Lashes are only considered a fill when at least 40% are remaining on each eye at the time of the appointment. Any less than 40% will be charged as a fullset and may need to be rescheduled due to lack of time available — it’s important to book the proper service to ensure there will be enough time to get your lash extensions to full coverage again. Anything 3 weeks (21 days) or older is considered a full set. If a fill service is selected when it's been over 3 weeks, prices will be adjusted and charged accordingly on appointment date.

The Striplash

FOREIGN LASH FILL
Your current lash set must be in good condition in order for us to lash successfully overtop of somebody else’s work. There must be 40% remaining on each eye at the time of appointment for it to be considered a foreign fill. Proper eyelash extension application starts with proper isolation of natural lashes. Consultation will assess the health & growth of your lashes and if your lashes are glued together, have grown-out too much, have wacky placement — a removal + full-set will be needed and the appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on time.

MINI-FILL
Mini-fill pricing applies to appointments booked 3-8 days from last appointment. Must have 70% lashes remaining.
DISCLAIMER
All lash sets are created 1 of a kind for each individual client. All results may vary depending on skin type, existing natural lashes, hair growth cycle, eye-shape, lifestyle, any medications taken and/or compliance with Pre-care & Aftercare. Depending on lifestyle and aftercare, retention may be affected. Foreign fills are not applicable for retention guarantee. If you've had a set done by us and it results in a large loss of lash extensions within the first 48 hours after application, please contact us immediately. You will be offered a free 30 minute touch-up and will have the opportunity to troubleshoot the retention issue. Please note we are not responsible and/or liable for what happens to your lashes once you leave our studio. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with optimal results, there are many factors that contribute to the overall look retention of your lashes which can result in a less than desirable outcome.

TOUCH-UP AT 6-8 WEEKS
PMU Brows are a 2-step process that includes: the Initial Brow Session & the Touch-Up that should be scheduled for 6-8 weeks after your initial procedure. Touch-Up pricing will be determined based on time-frame from the most recent appointment.
CORRECTION/COVER UP BROWS
If you have any previous work/tattoo/microblading on your brows done from another artist, it is considered a correction/cover up service with us. This service is to help colour correct, refine, cover-up, and/or add symmetry to your pre-existing tattoo. We do not accept all cases! We ask that your previous work is at least 50% faded or we may recommend a removal first. Please send photos to info@ellesentials.com to get approval before booking your correction/cover-up appointment.
Clients who have any of these contraindications are not a candidate for micropigmentation procedures. We suggest you receive clearance from your health care provider

Must be 18 year old & older. Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding. Must NOT have diseases, infections, or transmittable blood conditions. Must NOT be susceptible to scarring & keloids. Must NOT have problematic skin and/or acne directly on brow area. Must NOT have diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, & other illnesses that may cause your inability to heal properly from wounds (doctor's note required).
